What counts as a billable day
A driver we found is on your active roster and assigned to a truck. Home time, a truck in the shop, a slow week: still billable, the seat is his. A truck counts as empty when no driver we found is assigned to it.

One line on your invoice: $25 a day for each truck running with a driver we found you. Here is exactly what that means.
Mon–Fri, 9–5 Eastern
Charged only while a driver we found is on your roster and assigned to a truck. Not per hire, not per month, not per seat posted.

It starts on his first dispatch. Orientation and the days before it are free. It stops the day he leaves your roster, for any reason.
$25 a day for solo company drivers. Team, hazmat, tanker and flatbed seats are priced higher; the rate is set on your one-page spec before we start. The rate is the same for every fleet. No discounts, no volume deals.
Once a month you send us the list of drivers we found you who are still on your roster. We invoice off your list. Payment is due in 15 days by ACH. We may check payroll records for those drivers only, nobody else on your payroll.
If a driver quits in his first 30 days, you pay nothing for him, not even the days he drove. It holds when you answer on a candidate within one business day, seat him at orientation within 7 days, and keep pay, route and home time as on your spec.
You never pay for a driver past his first year. On his anniversary he becomes free the day you give us your next truck, and no later than 90 days, even if you do not. After 365 paid days a driver is yours, free: that is the most you will ever pay for one driver, and only if he drove for you all year.
The rate a driver starts at never changes for him.
A driver we introduce to you is ours for 12 months from the introduction. If he is already in your applicant system, flag him within 48 hours and he is not. Rehire him within the 12 months and his days continue to count.
You decide how many trucks you give us. We never fill more without your OK, so the invoice is never a surprise.
Our fee is yours. It cannot be taken out of a driver's pay or an owner-operator's settlement.
Any time, with written notice. Drivers already working keep billing by the day until they leave or reach their one-year mark. Nothing else is owed.
| Driver | First dispatch | Status this month | Billable days | Amount |

| Total | 43 | $1,075 |
Example for April, not a real fleet.
Only if he drove for you the whole year, a truck that brought in around $200,000.[1] If he is gone in a month, it is zero.
A flat fee means you pay the same for a driver who is gone in three weeks as for one who stays a year. Per day, you only pay for days he drives.
No. We bill off your roster. We never touch your ELD, GPS or payroll beyond checking the drivers we found.
No. You hire, pay and dispatch the driver as your own employee or contractor. We are a sourcing service.
Tell us. The spec gets updated, and the First Month Guarantee applies to the new terms going forward.
The fine print, in one line. Your signed agreement governs. If this page and the agreement ever differ, the agreement wins.
