Terms
Last updated: August 2026 · Find Driver LLC, Wyoming, USA
These terms describe how the service works in plain language. The binding agreement is the written contract and the signed position spec. Where the two differ, the signed contract governs.
What we sell
One unit: a screened CDL driver who physically attends an interview with you and matches a written position spec agreed in advance. We do not sell job postings, resumes, subscriptions, or hires.
What counts as a billable seat
All three of the following must be true:
- The candidate matches the written spec both parties agreed before work started.
- The candidate confirmed his attendance.
- The candidate physically attended the interview.
Declining a candidate for your own reasons does not cancel a seat that met all three. A maximum of five seats per open position is billable in any calendar month.
Price
$700 per billable seat. There is no retainer, no setup fee, no subscription, and no placement or success fee. The rate is the same for every client.
This fee is for sourcing, screening and arranging an interview. It is not a fee for employment or placement.
Our guarantees
- Seven seated, no hire. If the first seven billable seats produce no hire, we continue supplying candidates at no charge until your first hire, up to eight further seats or sixty days, after which we jointly revise the spec. Conditional on the pay and working conditions in the spec being unchanged.
- Ninety day replacement. If a candidate you hire leaves within 90 days of starting, we source a replacement for that position at no charge, and it is not counted against the monthly cap.
- No show or off spec. Not billable, in any circumstance.
- Delivery timing. The target date for your first seat is written in your spec. If we deliver no candidate at all by that date, you may end the engagement with no obligation and the slot is released.
Slots
We serve six fleets per metropolitan area at a time. A slot is counted by the metro where candidates live, not by your head office, so hiring into three metros occupies three slots. Long-haul OTR positions draw on a national pool and are counted separately.
A slot is held for six months. If conversion falls below the agreed threshold for two consecutive months, either party may release it.
Changes to your spec
If you change the pay band, route type or working conditions after signing, timelines and guarantee obligations are recalculated. We cannot hold a delivery commitment against terms that moved after work began.
We are not the employer
We supply and screen candidates. We do not employ drivers, pay their wages, or maintain driver qualification files. You hire as an independent employer and remain solely responsible for DQ files, MVR checks, drug and alcohol testing, employment eligibility, tax reporting and all FMCSA obligations. Nothing here creates a joint employment relationship.
Candidates are not exclusive
Candidates come from our shared bench. A candidate presented to you may be presented to other clients, including after your interview.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee that you will hire anyone, that a hired driver will stay, or any particular level of driver performance. We are responsible for attendance and spec compliance, which is what we control and what you pay for.
