The short version. We collect what you type into our forms and nothing else that matters. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with other carriers or agencies, and one email tells us to delete it permanently.
Who we are
Find Driver LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Reach us at info@find-driver.com for any question about this policy, including deletion of your data.
What we collect
If you are a fleet: company name, USDOT number if you give it, fleet size, market, work email, phone number, and the description of the seat you want filled.
If you are a driver: your first name, the phone number or email you choose to give us, the company you asked about, and the qualification details you tell us on a call: licence class, endorsements, restrictions, medical card expiry, experience, home radius, pay expectations and availability.
Automatically, with any submission: IP address, browser user agent, and the page you submitted from. These exist to stop automated spam and to prove when consent was given. Nothing else is tracked.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
- We do not pass a driver's phone number to third parties. One driver, one recruiter.
- We do not pull your MVR or DAC record. Those are pulled by the hiring carrier, and only once you have decided to proceed.
- We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics or cookies for profiling on this site.
- We never charge a driver money, in any amount, for any reason.
Calls and messages
Calls are dialled manually by a person, during business hours in your own time zone (8:00 to 21:00 local). We do not use autodialers, prerecorded messages, or bulk SMS.
If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop. The request is honoured permanently and processed within 10 business days. We maintain our own internal do-not-call list and honour the National Do Not Call Registry. Write to info@find-driver.com or say so on any call.
Who sees your information
For fleets: the people on our team working your account. For drivers: the one recruiter handling you, and, only after you have agreed to an interview, the specific carrier you agreed to meet. Nobody else.
Our data is stored on our own server and mirrored to a private spreadsheet used only by our team.
How long we keep it
Candidate details stay in our bench until you ask us to remove them, because a driver who is not looking today is often looking next year. Fleet enquiries are kept for the life of the business relationship. Either can be deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email info@find-driver.com. There is no form and no argument: deletion requests are simply carried out.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it.
