Who this covers

Two separate programs, both operated by ASGARD TECH LLC under the name Find Driver:

• Fleets. Replies about an enquiry you sent us, scheduling a call, and the monthly roster request.
• Drivers. Messages about driving jobs you asked us about, interview and orientation times, and reminders you asked for, such as medical card or endorsement expiry.

How you opt in

By ticking the SMS consent box on a form on this site, or by telling a person on a call that texting is fine. Consent is never a condition of using the service, and never bundled into anything else. We record the date, time, page and the exact wording you agreed to.

We do not buy phone numbers for texting, and we do not text numbers taken from public listings.

How often

Only when there is something specific to say. There is no drip sequence and no marketing blast. In practice that is a handful of messages around a call, an interview, or a reminder you asked for.

Hours

Between 8:00 and 21:00 in your own local time, never outside that window.

How to stop

• Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message.
• Reply HELP for assistance from a person.
• Or email info@find-driver.com and say so.

We confirm the opt-out once and then stop. The request is honoured permanently and processed within 10 business days. We also honour the National Do Not Call Registry and maintain our own internal do-not-contact list.

Costs

We do not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

Phone numbers collected for messaging are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing. A driver's number is never passed to another fleet without his agreement. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Supported carriers

Messaging is supported on all major US carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on every network.
